Perfluence SAS is committed to protecting the privacy of all users of Powerscope within Microsoft Dynamics. This policy explains how data is handled when using Powerscope as a native package in your Microsoft Dynamics environment.

2. Data Ownership and Processing

  • All user data, including user personal information, is managed and stored exclusively within the client company’s Microsoft Dynamics environment.

  • Perfluence does not collect, process, or store any user data.

  • The Powerscope package operates strictly within the boundaries of the client’s Microsoft infrastructure.

3. No External Data Transmission

  • No data is exported to external systems.

  • The Powerscope solution does not establish any data communication outside of the client’s Microsoft Dynamics environment.

  • The package is fully self-contained and respects the client's data sovereignty.

4. Security Measures

  • All data security, storage, and access controls are governed by Microsoft Dynamics 365, under the terms of the client's Microsoft service agreement.

  • Perfluence does not introduce or override any native Microsoft security mechanisms.

  • The security, availability, and compliance standards are those provided by Microsoft, including but not limited to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other applicable certifications.

5. User Rights and Access

Since no data is accessed or stored by Perfluence:

  • User rights (access, modification, deletion, portability, etc.) are managed entirely by the client organization, through their Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 administration settings.

  • Perfluence has no access to user data and therefore cannot respond to data subject requests directly.

6. Support and Maintenance

  • If technical support is required, the client may decide to send to Perfluence technical metadata or logs.

  • Such data, if shared, is handled confidentially and solely for troubleshooting purposes, and is destroyed once the issue is resolved.

7. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in the Powerscope product or in regulatory requirements. Any updates will be communicated via your Powerscope administrator or published on our official website.
